Oftentimes when people talk renewable energy, they think of solar panels as a product or technology. When we think of solar energy, we see an opportunity to have maximum impact in the communities we service & support.
It all starts with helping property owners save money on their electric bills by guiding them through a smooth transition to solar energy. From there, we aim to stimulate the local economy by working with and training local installers. Once the job is completed, we donate a portion of the proceeds to a community organization - empowering community renewal.
Switch & Save
We are passionate about helping homeowners & businesses make the switch to solar energy. Whether you're looking to reduce your carbon footprint, save money on your energy bills, or increase the value of your property, we are here to help. Depending on the scope of work, a Residential project can be completed in 90 days - from consultation to completion, and 6-12 months for Commercial projects.
Thanks to commitments from our Federal government, the switch to solar can be subsidized by 30% to 50%. Coupled with further subsidies from city & state, where applicable, the transition to renewable energy is smoother and more cost efficient than ever.
Support
We aim to create as many jobs as possible within the communities we service and support. The work on our solar projects will always be completed by local contractors. Once projects are finished, our clients and colleagues help us give directly back to a local charity or community organization, as we will donate a portion of our proceeds accordingly.
Solar For All
Churches
As of October 2023, Non-profits and religious organizations can now take advantage of renewable energy federal tax credits which covers 30% of a solar project cost and can get up to 50% depending on location thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act. Solar energy allows nonprofits to redirect funds typically spent on energy bills toward their mission. This means more resources for program expansion, service enhancement, and community support, and more resources for impacting lives and changing futures.
Residential
Homeowners can switch to solar with 0 down payment, qualify for a 30% federal tax credit towards the project cost AND protect themselves from electricity rate increases for 25 years. *Other subsidies available from city & state, where applicable. * Lifetime savings range from $50,000 to $250,000! 25 Year bumper-to-bumper equipment warranties included, as well as system monitoring.
Commercial
Going solar with Switch Save Support is not only good for the environment, but it’s also good for business. The savings produced by solar energy can be redirected to other business needs. Tax incentives along with flexible finance terms have made it easier for businesses to transition to solar energy. There has never been a better time to switch or a greater return on investment. Car Ports
Car ports are a great way to go solar! Our cars sit idle for 95% of the time, and the places we put them occupy a great deal of space. Especially in commercial zones, where real estate is costly, it makes sense for businesses to cover their parking spaces with solar carports. Not only do they provide shade and shelter for their customers' or employees' vehicles, but they generate electricity for their business, resulting in significant savings.
Ground Mounts / Solar Farms
Solar farms have several pros, including offering a renewable, clean source of energy that can reduce reliance on fossil fuels and decrease carbon emissions thus contributing to climate change mitigation. They also provide opportunities for job creation. REAP grants are available from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to support solar energy projects. Grant amounts vary up to a maximum of $500,000 and generally cover only a portion of the total cost of a solar power project. We help landowners leverage the Federal tax credits for solar and bring third party investors into the project to ease the financial burden of building a solar farm. A community solar project on a farm creates a 25-year residual for the landowner and helps ease the burden for our electrical grid.
